Code of Conduct
Training is done in appropriate Pilates attire, meaning well-fitting clothing without zippers or buttons. Barefoot, with socks, or with grip socks is recommended for mat exercises; for apparatus exercises, only grip socks are allowed. You may bring your own towel to the session. Refrain from the use of phones, eating, drinking, and chewing gum during training. After each session, the mat and apparatus used must be cleaned with the studio’s cleaning products. The trainer’s instructions regarding apparatus use must be followed.
