Book Group Course Trial Session

In order to join a group, an initial assessment is required. This can take place in form of a personal training session, in the Tuesday mat class or in the bi-weekly Friday drop-in reformer class and serves to get to know the apparatus as well as the trainer. After that, joining a group is possible, depending on level and availability. If no spots in group classes are available at the time of the initial assessment, you will be placed on the waiting list.

Code of Conduct
Training is to be done in appropriate Pilates attire, meaning well-fitting clothing without zippers or buttons. On apparatus, training is done with grip socks only. On the mat, training is done barefoot, with socks, or with grip socks. You may bring your own towel for the session. Refrain from the use of phones, eating, drinking, and chewing gum during training. After each session, the mat and apparatus used must be cleaned with the studio’s cleaning products. The trainer’s instructions regarding the use of apparatus must be followed.

Which level is right for me?

Beginner

At this level, the focus is on learning the basics of the Pilates method and using the equipment safely. The emphasis is on proper posture, breathing, and activating the core. The exercises are slow and controlled to learn the technique and gently strengthen the muscles. Ideal for beginners and those returning after a longer break.

Intermediate

At the intermediate level, the exercises become more complex and intense. Participants have already mastered the basics and can focus on more demanding movements that require greater coordination, flexibility, and strength. Here, stability and balance are emphasized, often through the integration of smoother transitions and a greater variety of exercises. Suitable for those looking to further develop their Pilates skills.

Advanced

At the advanced level, the exercises are particularly challenging and require excellent body control, strength, and endurance. The movements are more complex, faster, and more intense, often with additional challenges. Exercises are tailored for athletes or highly experienced Pilates practitioners who want to push their limits further and have a deep understanding of the method.
