As a self-employed Pilates instructor since 2018, I greatly enjoy teaching classes. The diverse individuals I can support and guide through the holistic Pilates concept are my motivation. As a certified adult educator, I use my teaching skills to design training sessions that are varied and tailored to the needs of my clients.
I am also happy to offer Pilates sessions in English.

To achieve the highest accomplishments within the scope of our capabilities in all walks of life we must constantly strive to acquire strong, healthy bodies and develop our minds to the limits of our ability.

By Public Transport

  • Bus: The nearest stop is “Pacherstraße”, served by bus lines M & J. From there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the studio.
  • Tram: The nearest stop is “Dr. Glatz-Straße”, served by tram line 3.

By Car

  • The studio is easily accessible from the surrounding area of Innsbruck via highway exit Innsbruck Mitte.
  • Public parking is available in the area. Please be aware of the applicable parking regulations and fees.
