Which level is right for me?

Beginner

At this level, the focus is on learning the basics of the Pilates method and using the equipment safely. The emphasis is on proper posture, breathing, and activating the core. The exercises are slow and controlled to learn the technique and gently strengthen the muscles. Ideal for beginners and those returning after a longer break.

Intermediate

At the intermediate level, the exercises become more complex and intense. Participants have already mastered the basics and can focus on more demanding movements that require greater coordination, flexibility, and strength. Here, stability and balance are emphasized, often through the integration of smoother transitions and a greater variety of exercises. Suitable for those looking to further develop their Pilates skills.

Advanced

At the advanced level, the exercises are particularly challenging and require excellent body control, strength, and endurance. The movements are more complex, faster, and more intense, often with additional challenges. Exercises are tailored for athletes or highly experienced Pilates practitioners who want to push their limits further and have a deep understanding of the method.
