BalancePoint Pilates represents a practice that goes beyond simple studio training. Under “Specials”, selected formats such as workshops, retreats, and special programs are brought together, offering space for deeper exploration, inspiration, and sustainable development.
They expand your personal practice, cultivate a more refined body awareness, and create new impulses — beyond weekly training and beyond the studio itself.

Workshops


Short, intensive workshops allow participants to deepen their own practice. The topics are diverse, ranging from the correct use of small equipment for home training to in-depth theory and practice of anatomy, as well as specific focus points for exercises.
The workshops take place on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00

Retreat


Pilates & Yoga Retreat

Four days of practicing yoga, deepening your Pilates practice, enjoying excellent food, relaxing in the wellness area, and simply switching off.

The studio’s appreciation system recognizes clients who complete courses and continue their Pilates practice over time. It reflects continuity, commitment, and shared development.

As a thank-you for long-term practice, appreciation may include:
