Joseph Pilates
BalancePoint Pilates represents a practice that goes beyond simple studio training. Under “Specials”, selected formats such as workshops, retreats, and special programs are brought together, offering space for deeper exploration, inspiration, and sustainable development.
They expand your personal practice, cultivate a more refined body awareness, and create new impulses — beyond weekly training and beyond the studio itself.
Short, intensive workshops allow participants to deepen their own practice. The topics are diverse, ranging from the correct use of small equipment for home training to in-depth theory and practice of anatomy, as well as specific focus points for exercises.
The workshops take place on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00
